Contractor is to 1.) all material, labor, and equipment required for landscape maintenance in accordance with this specification; 2.) obtaining of permits and/or licenses necessary to complete the work; 3.) performing all work in accordance with rules, regulations, procedures, and safety practices of OSHA and all other Governmental Regulatory Agencies having jurisdiction over this Project; 4.) safety and any injury to persons and damage to property within the Project work area; 5.) maintenance, materials, and adequacy of equipment, procedure, and schedule of work, safe operation of the equipment, and the safety of labor during the landscaping work; 6.) keep the work, the site, and adjacent properties free from accumulations of waste materials, rubbish, and windblown debris resulting from operations; 7.) remove the waste material from the site and dispose at legal areas away from the Project site.
