The project is located at an existing structure over Toby Creek on SR 1013, from Segment 0030 Offset 0000 to Segment 0030 Offset 0533, with a total project length of 383.3 linear feet (0.073 mi). The proposed work consists of priority 1 bridge maintenance repairs for a two-span RC T-Beam bridge carrying SR 1013 over Toby Creek in Luzerne Borough, Luzerne County. Superstructure work includes concrete deck and beam repairs, and installation of a deck joint seal at the interface of the far abutment and sidewalk.
