Service Requirements: 1. Act as the lead psychologist for all Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) Psychologists - will lead panel in reviewing all failures in order to ensure consistency across psychologists 2. Provide and implement training for contracted psychologists on current standards of practice. Implement informed consent and training for all PPD psychologists regarding psychological assessment for Police Officer Recruits and ACT 59 Evaluations - will lead all psychologists in the new Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory MMPI3; train all psychologist on new MPOETC State and interview forms/requirements. 3. Develop and implement updated assessment battery for police selection - seek out other testing methods to use in conjunction with MMPI3 4. Revise structured interview form for PPD psychologists 5. Conduct ongoing training sessions on assessment and interview process including quarterly training for PPD psychologists (background, admin., etc.) on current issues in law enforcement selection and provide an executive summary quarterly on training sessions. At a minimum, conduct Bi-annual training sessions for PPD background investigators. 6. Provide data analysis of departmental outcomes
