Services required Lawn care (mowing, aeration, seeding, fertilization). Planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flowers. New trees, shrubs, and flowers to be paid for as a separate line item. Weed control. Cleanup (leaf removal, debris removal, and outdoor cleanups) to be performed during routine and scheduled visits. Some areas may require the use of a magnetic sweeper. Debris must be collected and removed from premises and disposed of in an environmentally sustainable manner. Hardscape cleanup (pathways, retaining walls, seating areas, parking lots, driveways, garage areas, and all exterior building perimeters & sidewalks). Mulching and soil conditioning. Mulch to be paid for as a separate line item (per cubic yard). Inspection of all exterior areas for pest issues and intrusions Service Frequency Lawn mowing: Weekly from April through October. Discount invoice if service frequency is less. Pruning and trimming: As needed, but at least quarterly. Exterior cleanups (increased scope to be handled on as-needed basis). Fertilization: As per best horticultural practices. Weed control: Ongoing and as needed. Seasonal cleanups and planting: Spring and Fall (see below for requirements). Scheduled Work - All work shall be planned within PGW’s normal work week of Monday to Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the contract duration, unless otherwise arranged.
