The project consists of replacement of the existing steel pipe arch culvert carrying SR 347 traffic over Kennedy Creek with approach roadway improvements. The proposed structure will be a precast concrete box culvert. Other work includes minor roadway approach reconstruction, as well as mill and overlay, guiderail replacement, E&S control measures, temporary traffic control, signing, pavement marking, structure removal, and other miscellaneous construction work. Construction will be completed while traffic is detoured as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 347, SECTION 253 in LACKAWANNA COUNTY, SCOTT TOWNSHIP from approximately 0.30 miles North of SR 0632 at Segment 0220 Offset 1278 (Station 302+00.00) to approximately 1.3 miles South of SR 0524 at Segment 0230 Offset 0327 (Station 309+90.00), with a total work area length of 590.00 feet (0.112 miles).
