1.0 Council Rock School District will review all price solicitaƟons received by Tuesday, November 18, 2025 on or before 2:00 PM prevailing Ɵme. Responses must be submiƩed in a sealed hard copy format only to Jessica Weiss, Purchasing Department, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940. Emailed bid submissions will not be considered. The district reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if it is in the best interest of the District. 2.0 The District will purchase the lowest responsible bid price. Bids without bid bonds will be deemed unresponsive. 3.0 Equivalent models will be accepted, provided they meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified below. All alternate submissions must demonstrate compliance with the outlined specificaƟons to ensure they offer comparable performance, capacity, and funcƟonality. 4.0 All costs must be included in price (delivery and installaƟon). 6.0 Truck SpecificaƟons The basis of designs for the gas steamer is as follows: Cleveland SteamcraŌ Gemini 10 ConvecƟon Steamer Model Number: 24CGA10.2ES LeŌ handed door, controls on right. 6” adjustable legs with flanged feed 100,000 BTU total 120v/60/1 phase, 2 blowers and controls, 150 waƩ each. Drain cooling kit, large, for floor model steamers is required. Model number: LGDCK Natural Gas – ExisƟng gas line is a ½” flex line. If the line is required to changed to ¾” line, bid must include a new flex line. Gas manifold is located behind the exisƟng equipment. 115 V, 1 phase electric is available at the equipment locaƟon. Equipment is to be installed at Council Rock High School South, 2002 Rock Way, Holland, PA 18966. The kitchen is operaƟonal during school hours. Background clearances will be required for installers.
