Borough Buildings requiring janitorial services three (3) days per week: 1. Borough Hall Building (20,631 sq. ft.) 53 West South Street, Carlisle, PA (See Exhibit C) A.3. Borough Buildings requiring janitorial services five (5) days per week: 1. Stuart Community Center (11,200 sq. ft.) 415 Franklin Street, Carlisle, PA. (See Exhibit D) 2. Police Department (20,154 sq. ft.) 240 Lincoln Street, Carlisle, PA. (See Exhibit E) A.4. Specifications for all buildings: 1. Entrance—Clean inside windows and glass doors daily, remove trash, reline trash containers, vacuum lobby areas, sweep floors daily, mop all hard surface floor per location specifications. 2. Break Rooms—Remove trash, reline trash containers, disinfect tables and counter tops, vacuum floor and clean sink, microwave and stove top per location specifications. 3. Offices—Remove trash, reline trash containers, vacuum carpets, dust, clean work surfaces, dust keyboards, clean computer screens, sanitize phones, dust and clean mirrors and picture frames per location specifications. 4. Restrooms/Locker Rooms—Clean and sanitize all surfaces including stall walls, stall doors, counters and door handles, disinfect showers, restock dispensers, wet mop and disinfect floors, clean all commodes & urinals daily, remove trash and reline trash containers per location specifications. 5. Common Areas—Vacuum/stairwells and hallways daily, mop all hard surface floor per location specifications. 6. HVAC Vents—Must be cleaned on a quarterly basis.
