Specifications include, but are not limited to: Janitorial Services. The Contractor will furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, and insurance coverage to perform routine janitorial and cleaning services, housekeeping and related maintenance as enumerated below, for a certain number of days a week as noted below (Monday -Wednesday -Friday) at the following municipal buildings: • Township Administration Building (TAB); • Police Administration Building (PAB); and • District Justice Court (DJC) #38-1-03 (TAB, PAB, DJC are all part of the municipal campus located at 8230 Old York Road) • Public Service Facility (PSF); and • Emergency Operations Center (EOC) , which is part of the PSF complex located at 8101 Old York Road. DAILY DETAIL FOR TAD. PAD, DJC AND PSF; NbTlmc on fM-W-Fl 3 days. 1. Empty all waste in trash cans and containers to designated areas and wash containers as needed. 2. Vacuum all hallway runners and entrance mats. Spot clean all stains from carpets and mats in trafficked areas daily, as needed. 3. Dry mop and sweep all uncarpeted and hard floor surfaces. Special attention shall be paid to spot cleaning dirt, mud and stains in high traffick~d areas daily as needed. 4. Sweep all exterior entry ways and interior foyers to the various buildings to keep them free of debris, dirt, mud, stones, rock salt, etc. 5. Wipe down entrance doors, clean windows, woodwork, handles and push plates thoroughly. 6. Clean fingerprints and smudges from glass in door windows and partitions between office areas and floors. 7. Clean coffee room areas. a. Wipe off coffee machine b. Clean all countertops and around microwave ovens and refrigerators c. Clean and disinfect sink area d. Sweep floor e. Wet Mop Floor f. Clean doors 8. Clean and disinfect all drtnking fountains and sinks. 9. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms areas using the following procedures: a. Wipe/Wash all walls. doors. ledges. stall divider. partitions. receptacles. fUrniture daily as necessary. b. Wash. sanitize and disinfect and polish all commodes. sinks, urtnals, spigots and plumbing daily. c. Clean, sanitize and disinfect all toilet bowls and seats (interior and exterior) with a strong non-acid neutral soap solution. Toilet bowls will be scrubbed. cleaned as far into the tank as possible and under the inside rim at least once a week or daily as necessary. to remove all rust stains. d. Wash walls weekly with neutral soap solution and remove said solution with a damp. clean cloth. e. Empty all waste in containers to designated areas and wash containers as needed. Replace trash can liners as necessary. f. All lockers and wet areas will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected daily. g. Sweep. wet mop and disinfect all floors. h. Clean mirrors and other metal. i. Check soap dispensers. replace as needed to full stock. j. Check air fresheners, replace as needed. k. Check paper products (toilet tissue, c-fold towels and napkins), replace as needed to full stock. ONCE A WEEK (either M-W-F) DETAIL FOR TAB. PAB. DJC. PSF. AND EOC: 1. In bathrooms, wash all walls, tile, trim, cove moulding, and baseboards 2. Wipe and disinfect all door knobs 3. Clean glass in all interior doors and partitions 4. Clean all mirrors in offices and boardrooms 5. Clean all stair treads with soap and water 6. Clean behind all opened doors 7. Clean under, on top and behind all exposed radiators 8. Dust for cobwebs thoroughly 9. Dust all comers of horizontal surfaces, including floors 10.Dust all exposed baseboards 11.Replace all trash can liners 12.Disinfect all telephones I3.Feather dust computer monitors, screens, and keyboards I4.Feather dust all desks I5.Vacuum carpeted floors as needed I6.Dust all tops of door Jambs I7.Clean and polish all brass fixtures, railings and door handles IS.Damp mop and dry all uncarpeted floor surfaces not done on a daily basis with special attention to all high traffic areas such as foyers, hallway areas and stairs. 19.Dust, wash and wipe all flat surfaces, furniture, ash trays, ledges, counters, desktops, bookcases, file cabinets, sills, and phones. Daily attention to thorough and special cleaning to the above is expected.
