Specifications include, but are not limited to: As the result of ordinances and/or Board policy, the Pension Fund is not permitted to invest in the securities of companies engaged in enumerated behaviors. The Pension Fund is seeking services to determine which companies are excluded from investment. The Board requires at least the services listed below, including the specific tasks and work activities described. Applicant’s proposed scope of work should state in detail how it will carry out each task, including the personnel/job titles (as identified in Section G, Organizational and Personnel Requirements) responsible for completing the task. For each service specified, the Applicant should propose criteria to determine when the tasks comprising the service are satisfactorily completed. Applicants may propose additional or revised tasks and activities but should explain why each is necessary to achieve the project objectives. 1. Lists, including appropriate CUSIP, SEDOL, or other appropriate identifier for each company the Fund is barred from investing in. a. Lists are to be provided at least quarterly on a schedule provided by the Board b. Lists should include, where applicable, information on any company where the criteria is unclear and additional research needs to be performed 2. In the case of the Sandy Hook Principles, engagement reports and research similar to what is available on the Board’s website. This includes, but may not be limited to, outcomes of engagement with specific companies, quarterly changes to the restricted list, and stated rationale for any company that is added or dropped. 3. The restricted lists must be compiled in compliance with the applicable statute, ordinance, or policy as provided by the Fund.
