Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor must be a Fire Protection Systems Contractor licensed by the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Philadelphia Fire Protection Code, and employ only certified technicians skilled at installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting and testing each fire protection systems. 2.2.1 Successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform the annual Licenses and Inspections, inspection/maintenance in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Philadelphia Fire Prevention Code of the Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Wet Standpipe and Fire Pump systems at the locations listed in Section 2.2.5.3 of this Invitation and Bid. Each Inspection shall include certification, back - flushing of the Fire Department Connection, tagging all valves and hoses and any applicable testing and inspections as required by the latest applicable City and NFPA standards. 2.2.2 Performance Period (i.e., Work Hours) Regular Work Hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Overtime Hours, Monday - Friday, 4:30PM - 8:00AM and Saturday, Sunday and the excluding following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas 12:00AM - 12:00AM.
