Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful applicant shall provide a written appraisal of the fair market value of the Operational Right of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre franchise of the International League of Professional Baseball Clubs. The methodology to be employed by the appraiser shall be disclosed in detail. The successful applicant shall be a national “Big 4� accounting firm or a national “Top Tier� “Bulge Bracket� investment banking firm. The successful applicant shall have a working knowledge of the professional sports industry. The successful applicant shall have a working knowledge of the Major League Baseball industry, the Minor League Baseball industry and their interrelationships.
