Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Security Cameras Parts and Replacement Specification: • In the event parts need to be replaced, FLP standards are as follows: • All cameras shall be replaced with Tyco Illustra 3 or higher cameras. • All security monitors shall be replaced with Tatung 32” monitors. • All camera servers shall be replaced with Exacq IP04-18T-R2A. • All licenses for each camera shall be covered under the maintenance contract. • Card Access Parts and Replacement Specification: • The maintenance contract must include the purchase of a Premi System Service Maintenance agreement for Prem Pro for a minimum of one year. • The maintenance agreement shall include the upgrade of the Card Access Server to Windows Server 2019 or later.
