Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Philadelphia (“City”) has a need for temporary supplemental resources to assist in both projects and in operational initiatives and programs. This includes but may not be limited to system renovations, replacement and development, infrastructure upgrades, technology optimization, application enhancements and maintenance, routine operational activities, training, and implementation of new systems, services, and technologies.
