Specifications include, but are not limited to: OHCD is interested in receiving proposals from sole proprietors or incorporated firms offering design services. The Information Design Consultant Services will be provided on an as-needed basis under a 12-month contract, to begin on or about July 1, 2014, and to end June 30, 2015, with an option to renew on an annual basis for up to three successive one-year renewal terms. The desired applicants must have at least five years experience in audiovisual presentations, photography, photo editing, web design, graphic design and production. The desired applicants must have all necessary photographic and production equipment and a laptop computer in order to complete the requirements of this contract. The desired applicants must have a working knowledge of federally-funded housing and community development programs, preferably with knowledge of Philadelphias housing and community development activities.
