This Solicitation, W912BU26QA001, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below: The intent of this procurement action is to procure two replacement hydraulic system booster pumps and one controllable pitch propulsion (CPP) system hydraulic pump in accordance with all specifications. Delivery: All pumps shall be delivered to the destination within 26 weeks of the contract award date. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, published 26 August 2025. Clauses and Provisions are available online at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside100% for small business under NAICS Code 423830 - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Quotes shall be submitted through PIEE no later than 1:00 PM EST on Monday, 24 November 2025. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.
