This work is for resurfacing including Superpave Asphalt Mixture WMA wearing and scratch course, Stone Matrix Asphalt Mixture WMA wearing course RPS, pavement markings, rumble strips, structure preservation for bridge decks and replace existing neoprene strip seal glands, and other miscellaneous construction within an overall length of 42,625 linear feet (8.07 miles) all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 80, SECTION 186 from approximately 0.45 miles West of the intersection with SR 4001 and State Route 80 at Segment 1991, in WEST BUFFALO TOWNSHIP, LYCOMING COUNTY and from approximately 0.43 miles West of the intersection with SR 15 at Segment 2071 Offset 1716 in WHITE DEER TOWNSHIP, UNION COUNTY.
