This contract is to provide all equipment for highway lighting repair as directed by the Luzerne County Road & Bridge and/or the designated representatives. The Contractor shall provide adequate equipment, incidentals, and skills to diagnose and repair highway lighting. All traffic control will be provided by the Contractor in accordance with Penn DOT PUB 213. Materials: Luzerne County shall supply materials from stock when and where applicable. When Luzerne County stock materials deplete, the Contractor shall supply materials. The Contractor supplied materials shall be provided in accordance with Pa State Contract Pricing. Locations: Primary locations of the work are in the Wilkes-Barre and surrounding communities but not limited to. Luzerne County Road & Bridge will provide detailed site locations to the successful bidder during periods of work.
