1.0 Council Rock School District will review all price solicitaƟons received by Tuesday, April 29, 2025 on or before 2:00 PM prevailing Ɵme. Responses must be submiƩed in a sealed hard copy format only to Ashleigh Esteves, Purchasing Department, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940. Emailed bid submissions will not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if it is in the best interest of the District. The district will purchase the lowest responsible bid price and reserves the right to purchase equipment from mulƟple vendors. 2.0 Product SpecificaƟons The basis of design for the Grounds Equipment is as follows: Worksite UƟlity Vehicle: Kubota 11 Foot Mower: John Deere Zero Turn Mower: 70” Kubota (6’ cut deck) However, equivalent models will be accepted, provided they meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified below.
