Specifications include, but are not limited to: The report should measure @6" x 8" and contain @90 pages. Covers: Front and back covers print two-sided. Quantity: 2400 copies Color: Four-color covers and interior pages are preferred. Concept: Concept and design should reflect DVRPCs mission and its standard of excellence. DVRPC will be utilizing a calendar format, as noted above. Printing: The vendor will be responsible for contracting with and providing production coordination with a suitable printer for this project. Please keep in mind that the successful bidder must meet a DBE goal. This goal can be met by subcontracting out paper, printing, and/or fulfillment (excluding postage costs) to a certified DBE vendor. Proofs: Blueline and color proofs are required. Bulk Mailing: The vendor should contract with a mailhouse that can handle bulk mail services for the Annual Report.
