1. Web-Based Public-Facing Application Currently, the Program has program applications in PDF for homeowners, tenants, and landlords that are emailed or mailed to interested applicants. The Program is seeking software that would bring this application online so that it could be accessible to any interested applicant at any time. Some requirements: a. Application must be mobile-compatible as well as standard desktop. b. Application must be fillable, be able to have optional dropdowns, and be able to accept signatures. c. Application must allow user to upload file attachments. d. Application must be save-able by the user and create an account where they can check their status. e. Back end must be accessible to multiple users at different organizations. 2. Project Management Software Once the application is deemed complete by the intake coordinator, the application should be easily able to be converted into a “Project,” which can track various steps and benchmarks from approval to completion and help to coordinate workflows across partner agencies. 3. Dashboard to Streamline Reporting Successful firm responding to this RFQ would provide a software that can display real-time reporting of units completed, timelines, and budgets. Should also be able to run reports on more niche combinations of factors and be able to easily create routine reports by date and funding source.
