Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (Authority), seeks to secure geographic data for use as a broadband serviceable location (“BSL”) fabric dataset (“dataset”) from the awarded Offeror. The data from the awarded Offeror shall assist PBDA with the following: • Creation of a BSL “fabric” dataset which covers the geographic extent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. • Ongoing analysis of BSLs and broadband serviceable availability throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania • For display in static maps, online web maps/mapping applications • Use in grant programs pertaining to broadband infrastructure expansion, broadband access expansion, digital equity, or any broadband grant programs administered by the Authority.
