This project being situated as follows: SR 0351, Section L12 (Petersburg Road-State Street-Vine Street) – From SR 0551 (Enon Road) at Segment 0100 Offset 0000 (Station 304+67) to the Lawrence/Beaver County Line at Segment 0110 Offset 2457 (Station 433+25). SR 0551, Section L09 (Main Street-State Street-Petersburg Road-Enon Road) – From the Lawrence/Beaver County Line at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 (Station 402+22) to a point approximately 140’ south of Orchard Road (Twp) at Segment 0050 Offset 3236 (Station 546+91).
