Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mayor's Office of Sustainability (MOS) seeks a respondent to provide graphic design services in support of Greenworks Philadelphia, the City's comprehensive sustainability plan. Since Greenworks was released in 2009, MOS has published detailed annual reports and subject-based documents to engage Philadelphians in sustainability and provide a record of progress achieved across the broad Greenworks portfolio. The scope of work includes graphic design for the following deliverables:a) Greenworks Annual Progress ReportWork with MOS to develop approximately 34-page report detailing progress on Greenworksinitiatives. See previous reports at www.phila.gov/green.b) Greenhouse Gas Inventory ReportDesign 10-page report describing process of tracking and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG)emissions at both the municipal and citywide scale. Condensed versions of previous GHGinventories have been included in past annual reports.c) Clean Economy ReportDesign 10-page report on a regional clean economy survey previously completed MOS.d) Climate Adaptation Planning SummaryDesign 10-page summary outlining climate change projections and impacts for thePhiladelphia region.e) Other projects as needed
