Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following identifies the nature and scope of the work to be performed:Graphic Design: The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of creation and productionof materials for the RideECO program and its products and services, including but not limited toinitial concept, design, layout, and production materials. Copywriting may be requested forcertain products. For projects requiring original design, at least two concepts are required.DVRPC staff approval must be secured before completion of any materials.Printing: The Contractor will be responsible for contracting with and providing productioncoordination with a suitable printer for each project. Price quotes from three (3) printers on theprinter=s letterhead must be provided for each print job over $2,500. (Three quotes must still beobtained verbally for jobs under $2,500.
