Contractor shall pressure wash fueling island, curb, pad area, and adjacent fueling infrastructure at the designated City fueling facility. One-Time deep cleaning shall include the removal of dirt, vegetation, loose trash, and debris. 5.2. Surface Contaminant Removal All surfaces shall be treated with an appropriate detergent or degreasing agent to remove oil, grease, fuel stains, and embedded dirt, followed by a high-pressure hot water rinse. 5.3. Contractor-Supplied Equipment & Materials Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, water supply, and cleaning agents necessary to complete the work. 5.4. Wastewater Management & Disposal All rinse water and residues generated during cleaning shall be collected, contained, and transported off-site for proper disposal. Wastewater handling and disposal must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. 5.5.
