Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work site is located at Franklin County Regional Airport, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally consists of construction of a 2,117 square foot, single level, pre-engineered metal building to house the airports snow removal equipment. The building foundation consists of reinforced concrete spread footings, and slab on grade. The building structure is generally constructed of steel columns and trusses, metal standing seam roof, and insulated metal panel siding. The general scope of work also includes site work, installation of electrical and lighting systems, new electrical service to the building, and building exhaust. An alternate for an electric space heating system including horizontal and infrared unit heaters is included.
