Developable property may include the 100-space park-ride lot, bus loop and/or possibly air rights (where construction would not impact the operation of the light rail system). The purpose of the RFQ is to establish and select a development team capable of successfully financing, planning, implementing and managing a large-scale, transit-oriented development (TOD) in St. Louis, Missouri. Developers are invited to submit their qualifications to Metro for evaluation and consideration for a development team to implement commercial and residential projects at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere (FPD) site over the next five years
