Replace underlayment e. Apply adhesive f. Cut and install new LVT or LVP flooring (HACP Sr. Project Manager to determine) g. Install new cove base and transition strips h. Reset the vanity i. Re-caulk to seal at shower/bathtub and vanity as needed 2. Requirements: a. Any/All materials are to be removed by contractor and areas should be left clean of dust, materials, and debris b.
