Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required Services: The Selected Respondent shall be required to provide the following FBO Services and Facilities at PNE: • Delivery and dispensing of avgas, jet fuel and aircraft lubricants • Line services and support • Aircraft ramp services (including towing, parking guidance, tie-down, etc.) • Aircraft maintenance • Aircraft removal and assistance to disabled aircraft • Aircraft hangar storage • Aircraft de-icing • Fuel storage facility • Passenger and pilot facilities • Flight planning and information services • Any other required services set forth in the Minimum Standards attached as Appendix D 2.6.2 Optional Services: The Selected Respondent, at its own option and cost, may provide other aeronautical services including, but not limited to, flight training, aircraft rental and sales, air taxi/charter, avionics and aerial surveying/photography. 2.6.3 FBO Facility: The Selected Respondent shall be required to construct the FBO Facility on the Parcel. The facility to be constructed must include at a minimum, the following: • A minimum capital investment of ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00) • A general aviation terminal containing a minimum of 5,000 square feet • An aircraft hangar containing a minimum of 20,000 square feet • An above ground fuel storage facility • Apron area containing a minimum of 100,000 square feet • Taxiway connector from apron area to Taxiway C • Vehicle parking lots and roads required to access the facilities • A minimum of 40 tiedown spaces • A minimum of 10 t-hangars
