Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Fire Sprinkler System Test & Inspections for the Water Department; Seller shall be responsible for the Maintenance and Inspection of the wet and dry sprinkler systems at the various Water Department locations ; 2.2.1 Performance Period (i.e., Work Hours): Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Emergency Service Monday - Friday, 4:30PM - 8:00AM Saturday, 12:00AM - 12:00PM Sunday, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, 12:00AM- 12:00PM. 2.2.2 Response Time (for on-site work): Seller's personnel must arrive at City's site, with all necessary tools, materials and equipment required to commence work within 24 hours from the time the City contacts the Seller's representative until the Seller arrives at City's site. Each occurrence of failure to meet this response time shall (may) subject Seller to liquidated damages as specified in paragraph. 4.2d. l. below. Under the questions tab in PHL Contract’s seller shall provide the Contact for City to contact for service. Emergency Response: The Seller shall also be required to provide emergency response service under this contract. Emergency service shall be anytime beyond the regular eight-hour workday (8:00AM - 4:30PM). The Plant Superintendent will determine if the condition constitutes an emergency. The Seller will be required to respond to an emergency condition within 4 (four) hours of being notified. Upon award of this contract, the Seller shall provide a 24-hour contact person and phone number. 2.2.3 Parts and Materials: All parts and materials supplied by successful bidder under the contract resulting from this Invitation and Bid shall be new, meeting original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, but are not required to be provided by the OEM.
