Proposers should expect to: • Assist PGW in developing a comprehensive plan to support the implementation of a digitized as-built data collection program. • Evaluate PGW’s current processes and workflows, serving as a consultant on key technical and functional matters to aid PGW in the decision-making process. • Collaborate with the PGW team to create detailed requirements specific to PGW’s use cases and construct an RFP(s) to procure both software and hardware vendors. • Assist with vendor selection and support contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions. • Facilitate the implementation of software, including design, testing, and rollout phases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Oversee (together with PGW) the procurement and management of hardware necessary for the program. • Design and implement PGW’s change management plan and training plan, ensuring all appropriate external/internal personnel are adequately trained and prepared for the transition. • Monitor the system’s status post-implementation until it achieves stability, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
