The successful vendor shall be required to supply the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Fleet Services with Maintenance and Repair of the City’s FDS Fuel Management System as specified in this Invitation and Bid. Awarded vendors will be notified by the DFS fuel coordinator of required repairs. DFS retains the right to prioritize any repair work, deemed an emergency and will inform the vendor of priority escalations. If additional work is necessary to maintain the operation of fuel site, the awarded vendor is required to contact the fuel site coordinator and receive authorization prior to performing. Awarded vendor may be required to coordinate with the DFS Fuel Maintenance Supervisor on some repairs. The fuel coordinator will inform the vendor at the time the repair request is made if the Fuel Maintenance Supervisor needs to be present.
