Event: Wyoming Branch 95th Birthday Celebration and 1st Annual Fall Festival • Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025 • Estimated Guest Count: 100 people • Delivery Requirement: Required by 10:30 AM Food & Beverage Items • Water: 4 cases (16 oz bottles of spring water) • Pizza: 4 large pizzas (2 plain, 2 pepperoni) • Soda/Beverages: 4 liters of assorted soda/iced tea, including the following flavors (or similar major brands): Coca-Cola or Pepsi Sprite or 7-Up Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi Unsweetened Iced Tea • Hoagie Tray: One large catering tray similar in size and variety to a "Super Duper Hoagie tray" (Primo's Hoagies equivalent) Hoagie Varieties: Turkey, Ham, Veggie. Cheese Preference: American cheese is preferred for all hoagie varieties. Condiments/Toppings (must be included and separated): Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Peppers, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard. Dessert • Cake: 1 large full sheet cake. Flavor: Chocolate and Vanilla Marble cake. Decoration: Must be decorated with vibrant Fall Colors (Oranges, Reds, Browns, etc.).
