Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCHEDULE 1 – Year-Round Work For providing varied items of service and/or equipment rentals, on an as needed basis, for the continuance of work in the building, replacing, repairing and cleaning of various County roads and bridges and other County projects. SCHEDULE 2 – Winter Work For providing varied items of service and/or equipment rentals, on an as needed basis, for snow removal and snow plowing of various County roads and bridges and other County projects. SCHEDULE 3 – Miscellaneous Repairs and Services For providing varied items of service for Montgomery County Parks, Trails & Historic Sites, on an as needed basis, including, but not limited to: Construction and repair of paved and unpaved trail surfaces, erosion and drainage repairs, building demolition, debris removal, material hauling and waterway/canal cleaning.
