The Philadelphia Streets Department seeks a vendor to provide approximately twelve (12) professional development classes to address the needs of its engineering workforce. The successful vendor will have a demonstrated history of professional development and a reliable professional development credit records system for providing the necessary developmental oppourtinities to maintain professional engineering licensure. Ideally, all trainings will be provide in a hybrid setting. Deliverables include: 1. Monthly reports detailing attendance, evaluation data and the professional development credits obtained. 2. A flexible schedule midweek schedule that provides two training opportunities per month. 3. A bi-weekly with department training staff to ensure open communications and opportunities to adapt to changing needs.
