a) To provide employment and income verifications; b) To locate/validate all income from HACP applicants and participants; c) To verify income information provided by the participant, which will assist the HACP in verifying income, to include, but not limited to, determining program eligibility, tracking program benefits, supporting quality control, locating defaults, and investigating potential fraud; d) To provide instant access to up-to-date employment and income data from employers nationwide; e) To provide updated employee wage data from each payroll period; f) To release data electronically to the HACP for various purposes, to include, but not limited to, fraud investigations, eligibility determinations, and locating defaults; g) To provide confidential data directly from the employers’ payroll system; h) To ensure that the successful bidder is able to contract with employers to provide data directly to public assistance agencies as a trusted 3rd party; i) To provide a customer service Support System Team that is responsible for identifying, educating, registering, and training to the HACP and both governmental agencies and commercial verifiers (banks, pre-employment screeners) that need to access payroll records; j) To provide a 24/7 website available for online verification of employment and income; k) To provide a large Customer Service Center available Monday through Friday during HACP business hours
