A. Investment Selection and Monitoring: 1. Recommend customized fixed income portfolio solutions. 2. Performing due diligence to select a diverse range of investment options, monitor their performance, and recommend the replacement of underperforming funds as needed. B. Investment Policy Statement (IPS): 1. Provide timely guidance on governance and fiduciary structure, including the Investment Policy Statement (IPS). 2. The Advisor will create and manage a written IPS, which outlines the philosophies and procedures for investment decisions, objectives, and evaluation criteria. C. Asset Management: 1. Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring, acting quickly to enable the fiduciary to implement strategic and tactical shifts as opportunities arise. 2. Develop recommendations for strategic asset allocations. 3. Recommend the acquisition or disposal of plan assets to maximize growth while managing risk. 4. Conduct asset liability studies. D. Compliance Oversight: 1. Ensure that investment choices and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as IRS rules and alignment with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) when applicable.
