Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Emergency snow removal services on an "on-call/as needed" basis during the 2021 winter season. Minimum single axle truck (minimum 10 ton) with plow and spreader. Routes will be determined by the Road Master or Chairman of the Board. Insurance information and CDL information must be provided as per specifications. 2. Snow removal on an "on-call/as needed" basis during the 2021 winter season. Minimum ^ to 1 ton pick-up with plow and spreader. Routes will be determined by the road master or chairman of the Board. Insurance information must be provided as per specifications. 3. Furnish and delivery at or near the Hazle Township vicinity by means of an unattended twenty-four (24) hour automated fueling facility utilizing vehicular cards and driver access cards, of 10,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline, more or less (minimum octane rating of .89). 4. Furnish and delivery to Hazle Township garage, bulk purchase of 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel, more or less. 5. Furnish and delivery at or near the Hazle Township vicinity by means of an unattended twenty-four (24) hour automated fueling facility utilizing vehicular cards and driver access cards, of 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel, more or less.
