Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance and testing as required to provide a complete project within time schedules included herein and ready for the use intended as outlined below. 2. This contract shall consist of the replacement on a one for-one basis one fast panel IRC-3 and associated equipment. Pull stations, and detectors. Use existing wiring. All programming, and testing are to be provided to ensure a complete operating Fire Alarm System at the North Penn School District, Educational Services Center located at 401 East Hancock Street, Lansdale Pa. 3. Set up and programming to include horn/strobe synchronization. 4. Fire Alarm protection is to be provided to the building daily and weekends at the end of each days work. 5. Project Schedule is between July 8, 2013 and August 16, 2013. All work must be completed by August 16th 2013.
