Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Current State Assessment•Conduct a thorough review of the current state of the County’s ERP system implementations Comprised of Financial, HR and Budgeting Systems.•Conduct onsite interviews with 5 to 6 focus groups.•The Assessment Report will detail the current state including design deficiencies, knownissues and stakeholder concerns.2.Design Documentation/Recommendations•Provide a comprehensive Assessment documents which will be used as a roadmap forplanning for the replacement of the County’s ERP system to address the capabilities andfunctionality of the proposed design including Requirements, Use Cases, etc. •The proposed design will address customer requirements, as well as the remediation of thecustomer concerns and current issues. RequestforInformation(RFI)Page4•The proposed design will also address Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Managing interactions between Business Customers across all departments regarding data integrationtouch points that streamlines data input to reduce duplicate data entry and error elimination.This unified platform will provide an intuitive employee experience that will provide agility & modern best practices. The platform must also lower cost, complexity & risk that eliminates legacy applications support costs, eliminates legacy infrastructure costs, and eliminates legacy systems upgrade costs. •The proposed design will address Business Intelligence (BI) to monitor our workflows to provide analytics and reporting against actionable data to make business decisions.•The proposed design will address Mobility (mobile access). 3.Request for Proposal (RFP) Development and Review•Assist County staff with the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of a firm to purchase and to implement the approved design.•Assist County staff with the review of RFP responses and final vendor selection leading to a contract.•Assist providing high level cost estimates to assist the County with planning and budgeting for the replacement of the County’s ERP systems. •NOTE-The vendor/firm who is selected to develop the design will not be eligible to execute theimplementation.
