The Woodland Hills School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Managed Security Services (MSS). The objective is to enhance our cybersecurity posture by implementing 24x7x365 monitoring and management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring timely detection and response to security incidents. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering the following services: ● Continuous Monitoring and Management: Provide round-the-clock, 24/7/365, monitoring of network devices, servers, endpoints, and other critical infrastructure components to detect and respond to malicious or anomalous activities. ● Incident Detection and Response: Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to identify potential security incidents, perform thorough analysis, execute predefined response protocols, and coordinate with our internal team for effective remediation of threats. ● Threat Intelligence Integration: Incorporate up-to-date threat intelligence to proactively identify and mitigate emerging threats relevant to our organization. ● Log Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and retain logs from various sources to support security monitoring, compliance requirements, and forensic investigations.
