Item # 1: ( 325 - 40 ) Pricing must be calculated on a per ton (per lb) cost. Two tie straight Timothy and/or Timothy Orchard grass mix of good color, sound and well baled. Shall contain no more than 20 lbs of clover per hundred weight, 2 lbs of other tame grasses per hundredweight, and may contain 2 lbs of foreign matter per hundredweight. Maximum delivery received can be up to 300 bales. Deliveries will be made when requested. Deliveries will be unloaded and stacked in the hay loft by vendor with assistance of Mounted personnel. A weight master's certificate must be rendered with the delivery ticket. Weight certificates must be provided for accuracy of weights. Sample must be delivered to the Mounted Unit for an examination and approval, prior of awarding of the contract to ensure it meets the standard necessary. ANY DELIVERY NOT MEETING SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS. PERIOD: 7/1/2025-6/30/2026
