The selected training provider will: • Create a tailored curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical elements, addressing topics such as, but not limited to: o Introduction to entrepreneurship o Legal Foundations and business structures o Creating a business plan o Setting up your LLC and managing legal requirements o Funding your business o Marketing and branding o Operations and managing your business o Navigating challenges as justice impacted entrepreneurs o Leadership, ethics, and sustainability o Soft Skills such as building confidence, time management, negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver core business skills, soft skills (such as leadership and communication), and entrepreneurship principles for a minimum of 8 weeks per participant. • Uplift the values of ORP by promoting human dignity and empowering participants, which includes: o Offering care in a manner that values participants’ dignity and eliminates shame, humiliation and stigma; o Building on strengths of each participant, recognizing that their strengths have helped participants to survive loss and trauma;
