Meet with PGW to assess the specific needs and organizational structure of the EAP, including review of the PGW’s current EAP. Based on this meeting, prepare a detailed Implementation Plan outlining all necessary activities, schedules and responsibilities for the implementation of the EAP. Provide consultation, as requested, for any of PGW’s supervisors who are considering the referral of a PGW employee to the EAP. Selected Proposer(s) will assist the supervisor in the “supportive confrontation” process as needed. Provide an updated EAP employee booklet for use by PGW. Design and implement an annual promotional program for the EAP which will include periodic mailings of EAP materials and internal promotion of EAP’s value and accessibility. PGW shall be responsible for the cost of printing the promotional materials and any related distribution and mailing costs.
