OPS seeks the expertise of professionals to design a comprehensive staff wellness plan. The Vendor will work with OPS to inventory existing programs with high levels of trauma, identify common behaviors and responses to trauma across roles and responsibilities, and design an evidence-based strategy for supporting staff wellness in this work. Increasing access and utilization for the following tools should be considered within the plan. Additionally, the broad plan should include two addendum plans that specifically address two key programs for intervention: Community Crisis Intervention Program and Pushing Progress Philly. This will contribute to an organizational roadmap for adapting and scaling the broader plan to similarly affected program staff.
