The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking to award a purchase order (PO) that will cover the requirements for Drinking Water Sampling Management as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). The awarded contractor shall perform sampling and analyses of drinking water sources according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and PA Department of Environmental Protection regulations. The awarded contractor shall have a thorough knowledge of state and federal drinking water regulations. The awarded contractor shall have a certified PA DEP laboratory for all applicable drinking water analyses. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, items and devices to provide sampling and analyses of the Drinking Water at the following sites: Fort Indiantown Gap (FTIG) Community Water System(PWSID#7380044), FTIG B-12 Non-Transient Non-community Well (PWSID#7380420), FTIG Keystone Conference Center Well (PWSID#7380440), FTIG Ammo Supply Point Well (Bldg. 25-39), FTIG ROC Well (Bldg.26-71), FTIG Quarters 98 Well, Annville Readiness Center, FTIG Quarters One Well, Williamstown Armory Well, and New Milford Readiness Center Well. The awarded contractor shall have prior written approval, from BEM staff, before performing non-routine sampling.
