This is a partial Design Build roadway project. Design activities are limited to: Concrete curb ramps, temporary curb ramps, concrete bike ramps. For the construction of a roundabout, drainage upgrades, curb and sidewalk replacement, highway lighting upgrades, signing, pavement markings, milling and resurfacing, and other miscellaneous construction all within a length of 1835.00 linear feet (0.348 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 0051, SECTION B52 in BEAVER COUNTY, MONACA BOROUGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: SR 0051 - From approximately 500 feet east of 17th St at Segment 0170 Offset 0836 (Station 138+85.00) to a point approximately 100 feet north of Virginia Avenue at Segment 0180 Offset 0386 (Station 3+40.00). SR 4044 - From approximately 17th St at Station 144+00.00 to a point approximately 100 feet west of 15th Street at Segment 0022 Offset 0246 (Station 154+20.00).
