The Equipment Leasing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (the "ELA") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) 2026 model year or newer Ford F-550 Super Duty regular cab chassis with an appropriate wheelbase and cab-to-axle measurement to accept a stake body upfit. This vehicle will be configured as a 4x4 dual rear wheel diesel chassis to provide reliable year-round service across Pittsburgh’s diverse terrain and winter operating conditions. The upfitted stake body will be used for hauling materials, transporting equipment, and supporting DOMI field operations. Durability, payload capacity, and ease of upfit integration are critical to ensuring this vehicle can serve as a versatile workhorse within the City fleet.
