The adjunct child welfare trainer is responsible for assisting the Department of Human Services (DHS) with conducting trainings that result from new initiatives and legislative changes that will impact on system transformation throughout Philadelphia’s Child Welfare System. The adjunct trainer will be responsible for the following: 1) Provide support with delivering other trainings, as needed, to support the learning needs of Philadelphia’s Child Welfare System., 2) responsible for providing technical assistance (TA), to reinforce the transfer of learning, to November 2024 6 Child Welfare Operations (CWO) staff and other system stakeholders. 3) Work closely with the DHS University (DHSU) to support in the planning, organizing and the roll out of trainings. The trainer is expected to work Monday-Friday (as assigned).
