1. Obtain all required permits necessary to perform the work under the contract. 2. Provide for web user interface functionality for Airport to include, but not limited to, user authentication, enrollment data capture/upload (biographic and biometric), support of multiple file formats (.csv, .xls, .xml, etc.), update request processing, delete/revoke request processing, badge/credential information management and transmission to TSA (e.g. badge number, type, status, etc.), display of TSA Security Threat Assessment and CHRC results, enrollment status display, record search/query support, and TSA bulletin/broadcast information. 3. Provide bi-directional data exchange capability with the Airports’ current badging (Honeywell ProWatch AP Badge Manager v 4.5.1.28) and fingerprint (MorphoTrust Touchprint Enterprise) systems. The selected respondent may be required to coordinate with the Airports’ badging and fingerprint systems providers, if/as systems are upgraded, to ensure continuous bi-directional exchange of data. 4. Provide automated web-based submission processes to channel required biographic and biometric data for TSA to conduct STAs and for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) to conduct CHRCs. 5. Provide capability to send biographic (STA) and biometric (CHRC) data electronically as one combined submittal to the TSA from the Airport via secure means compatible with the PHL current identification badging and access control systems.
